Home Staging by Abigail offers both a basic home staging package and a luxury package. I am often asked how these two packages differ.
To be clear, the goal is always the same: to sell the property quickly and for top dollar.
Basic Home Staging Package
Focus: Make the home look clean, neutral, trendy and move-in ready for the average buyer.
Typical features:
Neutral, mass-market furniture
Simple, traditional layouts to show a room’s purpose and function
Basic and minimal accessories (art, soft goods, greenery)
Best for:
Entry-level to mid-range homes with broad buyer appeal
Cost:
Starting at $2,500 for a 90-day lease depending on location
Timeline:
Typically booking two weeks out
Last minute availability dependent on time of year
Luxury Home Staging Package
Focus: Deliver a targeted lifestyle design that justifies a premium price and positions the home as aspirational.
Typical features:
High-end, designer furniture (often custom or curated)
Custom layouts specific to the floor plan
Layered, trending materials and textures: boucle, leather, stone, velvet, wood, etc.
Oversized art and statement lighting
Accessories that highlight architecture, views and lifestyle (i.e. spa bathrooms and magazine worthy bedrooms)
Best for:
High-end or luxury listings
Properties competing at the top of the market
Cost:
Starting at $4,500 for a 120-day lease
Timeline:
Minimum two-week noticed required
The Big Difference
Basic Staging Packages help properties sell quickly and for top dollar.
Luxury Home Staging Packages help high-end competitive properties of status and aspiring lifestyles sell quickly and for top dollar.
