Be sure to allow a lot of time - weeks or even months depending on how many years you’ve lived in your home - for decluttering prior to staging and putting your home on the market.


The great thing about decluttering before you list is how easy the moving process becomes!


You’re either deleting things you no longer need so you won’t have to move them or you’re packing up your belongings early (which means less to pack during the moving process).


Decluttering doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a process - and often, one that requires equal parts motivation and inspiration.
