Our current Home Staging Agreement explicitly states that inventory is the direct responsibility of the client and is never to be used.
As real estate marketing continues to evolve, we are seeing an increased focus on lifestyle-driven content designed to showcase the experience of living in a property and community. While we understand the value of this approach and strive to accommodate our clients’ marketing needs whenever possible, we have updated our agreement to further protect our staging inventory.
The following provision has been added to our agreement:
“Staged inventory is provided solely for visual presentation and marketing photography/video purposes. Lifestyle marketing content involving physical interaction with staged inventory is strictly prohibited. This includes sitting, lying, handling, operating, wearing, consuming, or otherwise using staged items in any manner. Unauthorized use may result in immediate removal of staging inventory, as well as cleaning, repair, or replacement charges for any resulting damage.”
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as our only goal is to protect our inventory so we can maintain the quality of service our clients expect.
